Standard Delivery Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95
For standard delivery, we use Royal Mail UK Tracked 24 'Signed For' Service. A signature confirming receipt is required. If there’s no one available at the address, Royal Mail will leave a card for collection at your local depot.

Next Day Delivery – £8.95
Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail’s “Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm” service.

We offer free delivery on orders over £300 using Royal Mail Tracked 24 'Signed For' service.

Returns & Replacements
Internet-only Returns Policy
Please note: our in-store returns policy differs due to legal requirements. This policy applies to online purchases only.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days from the day after delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Until the items are received by us, you are responsible for their safe return. We are not liable for items damaged in return transit.
Faulty Returns
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at fashions@jane-young.co.uk or call 01636 703511. Provide your order number and a description of the fault.
Returns Procedure
- Place item(s) back in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Fill in the “Online Returns Form” enclosed with your purchase and include it in the parcel.
- Attach the pre-printed returns label and post the parcel to:

Please pack items securely to prevent damage. We recommend a tracked and insured service and obtaining proof of postage.
We will confirm receipt of your return via email. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 72 hours of receipt. Refund timing may vary depending on your card provider – please allow up to 10 working days for it to reflect.
