Standard Delivery Royal Mail Tracked 24  – £4.95

For standard delivery we use Royal Mail UK Tracked 24 ‘signed for’ Service. A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. Next day delivery – £8.95

For next day delivery, orders placed before 3.00pm will be shipped that day (Monday to Friday). We operate a next day delivery service using Royal Mail’s “Special delivery Guaranteed by 1pm“. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the following day (Monday to Friday) for most destinations. For exceptions and full details please visit Royal Mail website.

Tracking Number

For all Royal Mail Services, we will email notification of your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Returns & Replacements

Internet only returns policy

We have a separate returns policy when selling in store due to the way the law differs. The returns policy displayed on our website refer to online purchases only.

Returns Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items ordered within 14 days, beginning the day after your order is delivered. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging without any of the garment tags or security tags removed. Cost of returns postage is customers responsibility. Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us

Faulty Returns

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please contact the Jane Young team at fashions@jane-young.co.uk or call 01636 703511. We will need to know the order number and a full description of the fault.

Returns procedure:

  1. Replace item(s) back in the original packaging with garment labels and security tags intact.
  2. Complete all fields in the “Online returns form” which is enclosed with your purchase and enclose the “Online returns form” in the box
  3. Affix the pre-printed returns address label to your parcel and post back to: Jane Young Ltd, Chain Lane, Newark. Nottinghamshire. NG24 1AU

It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a service that insures you to the value of the goods and ask for proof of postage

You will receive an email to confirm that your return has been received and upon examination we will issue a refund or exchange within 72 hours. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
